Summary
This study looked at whether increasing the dose of vaginal progesterone can help women undergoing IVF who have low progesterone levels on the day of embryo transfer. 87 women participated, and researchers measured how many had a successful ongoing pregnancy (seen by a heartbeat). The goal was to see if a higher dose improves pregnancy chances.
