Can a 3-Week training ease nurse burnout?
NCT ID NCT07402187
Summary
This study tests whether a special training program can help nurses feel less stressed at work and improve their attitudes about productivity. 70 nurses will be randomly assigned to either take a three-week productivity training course or continue their usual routine. Researchers will measure stress levels and work attitudes before, after, and later to see if the training made a difference.
