Can a 3-Week training program ease nurse burnout?
NCT ID NCT07402187
Summary
This study is testing whether a special training program can help nurses feel less stressed at work and improve their attitudes about productivity. It will involve 70 nurses, with half receiving a three-week structured training course and the other half not receiving the training. Researchers will measure stress levels and work attitudes before, after, and later to see if the training made a difference.
