New antibody could help hearts in crisis

Summary
This study tests a new drug called procizumab for people with cardiogenic shock, a life-threatening condition where the heart can't pump enough blood. The drug is an antibody that targets a protein called DPP3, which is often high in these patients. The trial will check if the drug is safe and how well it works, involving about 130 participants who are already on heart-support medications.
