First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested whether problem-solving therapy (PST) — a short, practical talk therapy — could improve mental well-being in adults with type 2 diabetes or heart disease. 147 participants with poor mental health received PST in their regular doctor's office.
