Summary

This study tests whether probiotics (good bacteria) can treat anal precancerous lesions (HSIL) and reduce high-risk HPV infection in 90 people living with HIV. Participants will take probiotics or a placebo to see if the lesions shrink or disappear. The goal is to prevent anal cancer in this high-risk group.
