Summary
This study tests whether a daily probiotic drink containing Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus can reduce or prevent common colds and flu in healthy children aged 3 to 12. Over 12 weeks of treatment and 16 weeks of follow-up, researchers will compare infection rates between the probiotic group and a placebo group. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can safely lower the number of upper respiratory infections in kids.
