Summary
This study tests whether a probiotic called Lp299v can improve blood vessel function in people with long COVID (PASC). The trial will enroll 80 adults who had COVID-19 in the past 30 to 180 days. Participants will take the probiotic daily, and researchers will measure changes in blood vessel health using ultrasound and other tests.
