Could a probiotic ease your Toddler's constipation?
NCT ID NCT07360535
Summary
This study tested whether a specific probiotic supplement could help ease constipation in infants and toddlers. It involved 84 children aged 0-3 years who had chronic constipation. Researchers compared the probiotic against a common laxative (lactulose) and a combination of both, looking for improvements in how often children had bowel movements and how difficult it was for them.
