Scientists test 'Friendly Bacteria' cream to fight acne
NCT ID NCT07366229
Summary
This study is testing a new cream containing a specially coated probiotic bacteria to see if it can help control acne. Researchers believe balancing the skin's natural bacteria can reduce inflammation and breakouts. About 196 adults with mild to moderate acne will use the cream or a comparison cream for 2 weeks and be observed for 8 more weeks to measure results.
