New hope for tough pancreatic cancer: experimental drug combo enters human trials

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called ProAgio alongside standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) with or without an immunotherapy (atezolizumab) in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the combination shrinks tumors. About 46 adults with untreated metastatic pancreatic cancer will take part.
