Summary
This pilot study tests a procedure called PRK-Plus, which combines laser eye surgery (PRK) with a corneal strengthening treatment (accelerated cross-linking). The goal is to improve vision and prevent further thinning in people with thin, suspicious corneas. Sixty participants will be followed short-term to see if their eyesight gets better and if the cornea remains stable.
