Summary

This pilot study tests a procedure called PRK-Plus, which combines laser eye surgery (PRK) with a corneal strengthening treatment (accelerated cross-linking) in people with thin, suspicious corneas. The goal is to improve vision while also preventing the cornea from becoming unstable. The study will enroll 60 participants and measure how much eyesight improves.
