Summary
This study follows about 442 pregnant women with lupus to see if taking the drug anifrolumab during pregnancy is linked to birth defects or other problems in the baby. Researchers will compare women who took the drug with those who did not. No new treatments are given—this is an observational registry to gather safety information.
