NCT ID NCT06881277
Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to help migrant women adopt healthier habits after having a baby. Researchers will enroll 200 women who recently gave birth and randomly assign them to either use the app for six months or join a waitlist. The goal is to see if the app, which provides recipes, exercise videos, and goal-setting tools, improves diet quality and physical activity levels.
