Summary
This study is testing whether a special smartphone app can help migrant women eat healthier and be more active after having a baby. Researchers will enroll 200 women who recently gave birth and randomly assign half to use the PRIMI app for six months. The app provides culturally tailored recipes, exercise videos, and weekly goals to support healthy lifestyle changes during the postpartum period.
