Scientists hunt for hidden clues in common blood pressure disorder
NCT ID NCT07111351
Summary
This study aims to find better ways to detect primary aldosteronism, a common but often missed cause of high blood pressure. Researchers will collect blood, urine, and tissue samples from 400 people with this condition, regular high blood pressure, or healthy controls. By analyzing these samples with advanced technology, they hope to identify new markers that could lead to earlier diagnosis and more personalized treatment.
