Summary

This study looks at 180 adults newly diagnosed with heart failure and a weak heart pump. Researchers use multiple heart scans, blood tests, and walking tests to see if they can predict whose heart function will improve. A smaller part of the study tests a higher dose of a medicine (adenosine) during a special PET scan to get clearer images. The goal is to better understand heart recovery and personalize treatment.
