Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called PRI-002 in 304 people with early Alzheimer's (mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia). The drug aims to break apart small toxic protein clumps in the brain that are thought to cause memory and thinking problems. Researchers will check if it is safe and whether it slows down the disease over 48 weeks.
