Summary
This study tests a mobile health program to help young Air Force personnel prevent weight gain over two years. About 350 active-duty members aged 18-39 with a BMI of 21-30 will use a Fitbit and a smartphone app to track their weight and activity. The goal is to see if this approach can keep them from gaining weight and help them meet military fitness standards.
