NCT ID NCT07311616
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing extra tissue release during rotator cuff repair can prevent shoulder stiffness after surgery. About 50 adults with small rotator cuff tears will be randomly assigned to get either the standard surgery or the surgery with extra release. Researchers will track pain, function, and stiffness for a year to see which approach works better.
