Summary
This study looked at 203 pregnant women with a short cervix (25 mm or less) to see whether natural progesterone or a vaginal pessary works better to prevent preterm birth before 34 weeks. The goal was to find the most effective way to help women carry their babies longer. Results will help doctors choose the best option for preventing early delivery.
