Phone support added to online course tested to stop Post-Baby blues

NCT ID NCT05110456

Summary

This study tested whether adding weekly phone calls to an online parenting course helps prevent depression in new mothers. Over 500 pregnant women in Quebec with mild to moderate depression symptoms took part. Researchers compared the full program (course plus calls) to just the online course to see which was better for mental health.
