Phone support boosts online course in fight against postpartum depression
NCT ID NCT05110456
Summary
This study tested whether adding weekly phone calls to an online parenting course could better prevent depression in new mothers. It involved 510 pregnant women in Quebec who showed early signs of low mood. Researchers compared the full program (course plus calls) to the online course alone to see which was more effective at improving mental health.
