Summary

This study tests whether giving a specific type of chemotherapy (intrathecal) before and during treatment with the drug blinatumomab can prevent nerve-related side effects in adults with a type of leukemia called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The trial involves 20 participants and aims to see if this new timing reduces neurotoxicity while still effectively fighting the cancer.
