Summary

This study tested whether screening adults for unhealthy habits like smoking, poor diet, and inactivity, combined with personalized education, could help prevent non-communicable diseases. Researchers worked with 330 adults in a Hong Kong housing estate, using mobile health tools and motivational coaching. The goal was to see if participants could change at least one risky behavior within a year.
