Inclusion Criteria: Chinese adults in Kwai Chung Estate: 1. age ≥18 years 2. the presence of at least one health risk behaviour (tobacco use, harmful use of alcohol, unhealthy diet and physical inactivity) 3. able to communicate in Cantonese Nursing students: 1. age ≥18 years 2.
