Summary
This study looked at whether adding dexamethasone and atropine to spinal anesthesia can prevent nausea and vomiting caused by morphine in women having planned C-sections. 150 women aged 18-45 took part. The goal was to see if these drugs could reduce the need for extra anti-nausea medication and improve comfort after surgery.
