First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether a drug called icatibant can prevent sudden drops in blood pressure during dialysis, a common and serious problem. About 26 adults with kidney failure who often experience these drops will receive either the drug or a placebo in random order. The goal is to see if icatibant helps maintain stable blood pressure during treatment.
