Summary
This study was designed to compare two devices—ultrasound and a near-infrared device called Vein Viewer—to see which helps emergency room staff place IVs faster in patients with hard-to-find veins. The goal was to reduce delays in care for these patients. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
