Summary
This study tests whether a structured exercise and nutrition plan can prevent older adults (70+) from losing the ability to care for themselves during a hospital stay. About 360 participants in a geriatric ward will follow a supervised resistance and mobility program, with their food and drink intake tracked. The goal is to reduce disability, readmission, and death risk.
