First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study compares two oral medications—diosmin-hesperidin (a plant-based supplement) and loratadine (an allergy pill)—to see which better prevents severe bone pain caused by G-CSF, a drug that boosts white blood cells in blood cancer patients. About 88 adults receiving G-CSF for leukemia, lymphoma, or after a stem cell transplant will join. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to ease this common side effect.
