Summary
This study tested a comprehensive support program designed to prevent older adults from becoming frail and losing independence. The program combined help with managing health conditions, proper medication use, nutrition advice, physical exercise, and social support. Researchers compared this program against usual care in 232 adults aged 70+ who were at risk of becoming frail.
