First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called efbemalenograstim alfa to prevent febrile neutropenia (a dangerous drop in white blood cells with fever) in people with solid tumors getting chemotherapy. About 1,076 participants will receive the drug either as a first-time prevention or after a prior low white blood cell event. The goal is to see if it safely reduces the risk of infection and keeps white blood cell counts stable.
