Summary
This study tested whether a personalized program combining physical activity, cognitive training, and nutritional advice could prevent mobility disability in older adults who are frail or pre-frail. 210 participants aged 60+ were enrolled. The goal was to see if this multi-domain approach could help them maintain the ability to walk 400 meters, a key measure of independence.
