First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at two common ways to stop teeth from shifting in people who use a special mouthpiece (MAD) for sleep apnea or snoring. About 30 adults will either wear a clear aligner each morning or do jaw exercises for 3 months. The goal is to see which method better prevents a small gap from forming between back teeth.
