Summary
This study looks at whether a daily home exercise program for 6 weeks can improve physical functioning (like walking stairs) after vaginal prolapse repair surgery. About 92 women having specific vaginal surgeries at the University of New Mexico will be randomly assigned to either do the exercises or not. The goal is to see if the exercise program helps with recovery.
