Simple home workouts may boost recovery after prolapse surgery

Summary

This study looks at whether a daily home exercise program for 6 weeks can improve physical functioning after vaginal prolapse repair surgery. About 92 women aged 60-79 will be randomly assigned to either do the exercises or not. The goal is to see if the exercise group has better ability to do daily activities like walking stairs after surgery.
