Summary
This study tests whether a personalized preparation program before hip or knee replacement surgery can improve recovery. 180 adults with health risks will either receive standard care or a program including exercise, nutrition advice, stress support, and medication review. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and reduces hospital stay and complications.
