Summary
This study tests whether a personalized preparation program before hip or knee replacement surgery can improve recovery. 180 adults with health conditions like poor fitness or stress will either get standard care or extra support including exercise, nutrition advice, and mental well-being coaching. The goal is to see if this program is practical and helps patients heal faster.
