Summary
This study looked at whether counseling patients before nasal surgery helps prevent agitation when they wake up from anesthesia. 256 adults having nasal surgery were split into two groups: one received standard care, the other got extra education about what to expect. Researchers measured how many patients became severely agitated after surgery. The goal was to see if a simple talk could make recovery smoother.
