NCT ID NCT05167994

First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a targeted drug (anlotinib) along with radiation therapy before surgery can safely reduce major wound complications in adults with soft tissue sarcoma of the arms, legs, or trunk. About 30 participants will receive the combination treatment, and researchers will monitor side effects, quality of life, and limb function. The goal is to improve surgical outcomes and understand how the drug makes cancer cells more sensitive to radiation.
