Summary
This study looks at whether taking Perelel-brand prenatal supplements (designed for each trimester) is better than generic prenatal vitamins for the health of mothers and their unborn babies. Researchers will track nutritional markers in the blood of 600 pregnant women who have food insecurity. Participants will take one of the two supplements daily and provide blood samples each trimester.
