Summary
This study aims to understand if regularly doing prenatal Pilates is linked to better sexual function and less sexual distress during pregnancy. Researchers will follow 120 pregnant women, comparing those who choose to do Pilates with those who don't do structured exercise. The study only observes and surveys participants; it does not provide any treatment or exercise program.
