Summary
This study compares two prehabilitation programs for 225 women with advanced ovarian cancer who need chemotherapy before surgery. One group starts prehabilitation (exercise, nutrition, and psychological support) at the beginning of chemotherapy, while the other starts after finishing chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the longer program reduces complications after surgery and improves how well the tumor responds to treatment.
