Early prehab may boost ovarian cancer recovery

Summary
This study looks at whether starting a prehabilitation program earlier (at the start of chemotherapy) helps patients with advanced ovarian cancer have fewer complications after surgery and better response to treatment. The program includes exercise, nutrition advice, and psychological support. About 225 patients will take part, with two-thirds starting the program early and one-third starting later.
