NCT ID NCT06963801

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 10-week online skills program based on dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) can help pregnant women with high emotional distress feel less stressed and improve their heart rate. About 100 women who are at least 12 weeks pregnant and have trouble managing emotions will take surveys, have their heart rate measured, and some will attend weekly group sessions. The goal is to see if better emotion control during pregnancy can benefit both mother and baby.
