New injection tested to help control dangerous pregnancy condition

Summary
This study is testing whether Topefilgrastim injections can help control preeclampsia in high-risk pregnant patients. Researchers will enroll 100 women between 11-13 weeks of pregnancy who are at high risk for developing this serious condition. Participants will receive either one of two different doses of the injection or standard care, then be monitored through delivery to see if the treatment improves pregnancy outcomes.
