Summary
This study is testing whether Topefilgrastim injections can help control preeclampsia, a serious blood pressure condition during pregnancy. Researchers will enroll 100 high-risk pregnant patients and give them either one of two doses of the medication or standard care. The goal is to see if the treatment improves pregnancy outcomes and reduces complications for both mother and baby.
