Simple scale may spot PTSD risk right after trauma

Summary
This study looks at whether a short doctor rating (the CGI scale) given within 48 hours of a traumatic event can predict who will develop post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) later. About 241 French-speaking adults who recently experienced trauma will be assessed. The goal is to see if a high score can trigger early follow-up and specialized care.
